I'm always drawn to the details that give a home a little personality. Original hardwood. Good millwork. An old fireplace. Mature landscaping. Something you couldn't easily recreate if you tried.

Sometimes the best update is knowing what to leave alone.

There’s something about possession day that never gets old.

One last walk-through.
One last check that everything is ready.
And today, one last time closing these gates before they belong to someone new.
