Welcome to Twin Elm Estates...
Neighbourhoods are made up of many different things ... homes, of course, but also gardens that help establish curb appeal, and neighbours, who set the tone and character of the community. We develop a sense of security through our relationships with our neighbours, helping one another when help is required, providing comfort when need be, and otherwise enjoying each other’s company. It’s how neighbours begin to look at one another as more than just neighbours ... it how they begin to regard one another as friends. To a large extent, it’s the neighbours of Twin Elm Estates that help make it as comfortable a community to live in as it is. In the words of one 20-year resident, her neighbours are “friendly, thoughtful people who look after one another. We care about each other here.” They also “have no airs or pretensions. They’re always there to help if you need any ...”. Adding to the appeal of Twin Elm Estates is its location. It’s situated on the outskirts of the town of Strathroy, about 40 kilometres west of London with easy access to Highway 402, Sarnia and Port Huron, Michigan. Its proximity to these cities ensures homeowners of ready access to the services they seek for a comfortable life amidst the rural ambience of a park-like environment, enjoying one another’s company. It’s what neighbours – and friends – do.
