This well-maintained, family-owned 23-unit apartment building was a perfect fit for Gold Leaf, and we are truly happy to welcome its long-term residents into the Gold Leaf community. We are so humbled and proud Jacob chose to come to our newest development, Timberview Estates in Ilderton to complete these hours so he could continue the legacy of families building for families and of course, our seniors. We are happy to show our budding 14 year old, the oldest of our third generation, hard work and dedication, just like our parents taught us. Gold Leaf Properties Inc. is looking for a permanent, full-time accounting/office administrator.
We are a local, rapidly growing family run business just outside of Arkona/Strathroy. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to become part of our team.

Summary of Position:
· Accounts Receivable
· Accounts Payable, Reconcile supplier statements
· Manage payroll, T4 Preparation
· Manage intercompany transactions
· Bank Reconciliation
· Government Remittances including HST, WSIB and Payroll source deductions
· Ensure business records are maintained to meet legal and government requirements and to ensure compliance
· Keep updated spreadsheets as required
· Reception, answer phones, customer inquiries
· Other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills Required:
· Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping/Accounting experience
· Proficient in Excel, Quickbooks Online, Sage 300 experience would be an asset but not required
· Able to work as part of a team and independently
· Meticulous attention to detail (balancing, double checking entries) and meeting deadlines
· Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills

We offer a competitive salary, benefits package and the opportunity for long term employment. Must have own transportation as we are located in a rural area with no bus run.
