Brad’s Lawn Care is looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Director of Operations to oversee our lawn care, property maintenance, and commercial snow removal operations.

This year-round role includes:

Managing crews, schedules, and daily operations
Quality control and site inspections
Customer communication
Equipment and operational coordination
Snow removal planning and dispatching

We’re looking for a strong leader with experience in landscaping, property maintenance, snow removal, or a similar operations-based industry.
