Time to make your dreams a reality! Every year that goes by there’s normally 1 to 2 people that when I was younger, I thought would be around in my life for a very long time. But it’s a reminder that not everybody is cut out to follow their dreams and their goals. Some people want to live a life of mediocrity, and I am not here to judge them. But I know that what I want out of life is much different than that and I want a life I can look back on and be proud of. Legacy is what it’s all about!

For the people out there that understand what a, “Healthy Obsession”, is maybe you can relate. All my brother and I do is sleep and breathe real estate. When I find a potential listing for my buyer that they are going to love or host an open house, we always have an absolute blast!

But one thing that breeds confidence is always learning. Since my brother passed his managing broker exam last month, my exam is next month. We are going to officially be the only twin managing brokers that I can think of. Well, there are the twin managing brokers on let’s just say we have a similar game plan, but we will be at a much younger age 😂.

sometimes taking a bit of time to study and educate yourself, reinvigorates your obsession in the field. This was the same when I played soccer and reviewed film. You can also say I have the same healthy obsession for fitness and nutrition. Again, for those of you, that can relate, keep pursuing that healthy obsession!

I ran into an old friend the other day, and the first thing he said, is, he loves watching our real estate videos! As much as I love to hear, our marketing is doing some thing lol, what I told him is even more important is the fact that we are always having fun. of course not every minute is fun, but we would rather be doing this than anything else in the world. Sometimes people say to me you are so exhausted you need to rest. But the thing that people don’t understand is that when you are exhausted doing the thing you love, there is no better feeling in the world!

Happy Valentines Day Baby!

Since Day 1 we both new how how we felt and, and what we wanted. I think there are some people in this world that take years and years and years to make a decision. I can definitely say in my younger years I was this person. However, meeting you changed the way I thought about everything. I decided I would never let time dictate how I feel about someone or what I should do. Marrying, you was the best decision I ever made. One day our kids will look back and thank us for the life we will give them. Everything to date I have told you has happened and there’s a lot more in store for us over the next few years, including a family. Even when the finish line is invisible, remember your, “WHY”. Let it push you everyday! I get asked what my WHY is and it was the same thing from when I was 5 years old to 25. Play professional soccer and provide for my family and give them the life they deserve (mainly my mother). Once I stopped playing soccer, my “WHY” never changed. My family only grew and the motivation is only stronger now.
You’ll never feel this true motivation if you are chasing something external!
