Surrey condo prices have fallen by nearly $50,000 over the past 12 months.

📅 May 2026: $467,500

That's a decline of 9.6% based on FVREB benchmark pricing.

A lot of families showed up to Generations Playground in White Rock today expecting to cool off in the splash pad...

Instead, they were greeted with a sign saying it's closed until further notice.

The notice doesn't explain why.

With summer weather arriving and water restrictions currently a hot topic across Metro Vancouver, many parents are left wondering what's going on.

Sometimes the best memories don't come from screens.

Today at Blackie Spit, several local schools brought students down for a beach day, and watching kids run along the shoreline flying homemade kites felt like a throwback to a simpler time.

No apps.
No video games.
No Wi-Fi.
