• A workout when I don’t feel like it.

Many congratulations to my buyer on securing an incredible deal at one of the lowest price-per-square-foot values sold in the area. This was truly a strategic purchase at an excellent rate.

What made this opportunity even better was the location — right across from Costco Wholesale — and the fact that the unit was already fully built out and move-in ready for the incoming tenants.

A strong investment with great positioning, minimal setup required, and tenants covering the triple net expenses makes this a fantastic long-term asset.
