Did you know that the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) estimates we will need to build 680,000 new homes next year to keep up with our current housing crisis?

StatsCan data shows us that over the last decade, we average only 214,000 new homes per year, which puts us 3 years behind 2024’s expected Supply and Demand.

The good news is that most Financial Lenders agree, interest rates have become stable now, and projections indicate a likely reduction by the second quarter of next year.

Who doesn’t love the PNE. The phrase “WIN A HOUSE……WIN A CAR!” Echos through the fairgrounds.

I love that slogan and wanted to adapt it to my life.
