Fraser Valley housing market continues its slowing trend as we head into the holiday season. Sales are down 7% from October and new listings are down by over 20%.

Despite the market slowdown, the turnover timeframes are showing opportunities are still available. The average number of days to sell a Single-Family Detached home across the Fraser Valley was 34. Townhomes took 28 days and Apartments took 27 days.
