🍷 Dinner parties are full of surprises…
The other night, I was at a casual dinner party when I got into a chat with a woman (let’s call her Kara). Lovely lady, smart, friendly—and recently SOLD her home in White Rock for $1.5 million.
Naturally, when she found out I was a Realtor, we started talking shop. Then she casually mentioned she paid her agent $42,000 in commission.
👀 Pause.
I gently asked if she knew about 1% Realty and how my listings—just like hers—sell with full MLS exposure, top-tier service, and in similar timelines, but with a flat rate.
When I told her she could have paid $15,950 total instead of $42,000, you could literally see her go pale.
