Too many plans.. not enough answers.

Reality of sales calls.

Not every call turns into an appointment.

Sometimes the customer is upset.
Sometimes they had a bad experience.
Sometimes they don’t want to buy anything.

But this is where real sales starts.

You don’t just chase the easy deals.
You listen.
You take the heat.
You try to fix the problem.

This customer didn’t book an appointment today, but they had an issue that was never followed up on, so I told them I would speak with the service manager and try to get it handled.

That’s the job.

Selling cars is not just about closing.
It’s about building trust when there’s no guaranteed sale.

When a customer says “your price is too high,” most salespeople panic.

They defend.

They discount.

They run to the manager.

Wrong move.

Before you react, ask one question:

“Compared to what?”

Because expensive compared to budget, another option, trust, or value are four completely different problems.

Price is not always the problem.

It is usually the signal.

Stop discounting before you know what you’re solving.

Car sales is a numbers game.

You might make 50 calls just to book one appointment.

But that one appointment could become a sale.
That sale could become a relationship.
That relationship could become referrals.

It’s repetitive.
It’s boring.
It’s not glamorous.

But this is the work most people avoid.

Call.
Follow up.
Book the appointment.
Repeat.

That’s how you win in sales.

Scripts don’t close deals.

Timing does.

Too many new salespeople memorize one line, walk into the customer, and start throwing every script like they’re trying to hit a 58 combo.

Price objection? Script.

Customer hesitates? Script.

“I’ll think about it”? Script.

That is not confidence.

That is panic with better vocabulary.

Real sales is reading the customer, finding the real objection, then dropping the right line at the right moment.

That is when the script hits.

I made over $100,000 from one sales commission, and I still didn’t have my life figured out.

That’s the part people don’t talk about.

Sales gave me money, confidence, rejection, pressure, lessons, and scars.

But this page is not about pretending I already made it.

It’s about rebuilding, learning, documenting the grind, and sharing real sales, real scripts, AI tools, communication, customer psychology, wins, losses, and everything in between.

Starting from zero.

Let’s grow together from day one.

PATIO BIGGER THAN THE UNIT? 😳

Welcome to Myriad at 567 Emerson Street, a brand new condo by Concert in Coquitlam.

2 bed, 2 bath, 853 sf interior, Bosch appliances, south facing with tons of sunlight, and the real flex… a 906 sf exclusive use patio.

Yes, the patio is bigger than the unit.

Bedrooms are not massive, but welcome to new construction. The patio is where this one gets ridiculous.

BBQ setup, outdoor gym, entertainment zone, putting green, movie night, or charge your homies membership and call it a business plan.

Right by the community police station, YMCA, parks, pool, pickleball, greenery, plus proper building amenities including gym, concierge, 24/7 security, games room, study room, guest room, rooftop patio, and chef’s kitchen.

This is not your average condo patio. This one actually has personality.

Do you really think that’s all your money gets you

Same budget completely different outcome
You’re not priced out you’re just looking in the wrong places

Most buyers overpay for bad units in “safe” areas while better options sit 15 to 30 minutes away
