🚨 A Richmond-based mortgage lender is facing multiple lawsuits after investors allege millions of dollars were not returned and that key risks tied to a major Surrey development were not properly disclosed.

At the centre of the controversy is a proposed 67-storey residential tower near Surrey Central SkyTrain station, where investors claim a large portion of funds was concentrated in a single high-risk project.

The allegations have not been proven in court, and the company says it will respond through the legal process.
