The market continues to show signs of adjustment, with sales and benchmark prices down compared to August 2025.

• 1,869 homes sold — ↓ 4.6% year-over-year
• 4,100 new listings — ↓ 3% year-over-year
• 15,798 active listings

🏡 Benchmark Prices
• All Residential: $1,081,900 ↓ 5.6%
