AFRICA! - finally.
Meet Little Hans ❤️ ❣️
This little fellow who lives at Project Canaan Heart for Africa Canada was named after our Heavenly Hans three years ago and we finally made it halfway across the world to meet him. I do not post my travels too much, but this was too impactful not to share. 430 children being cared for, guided, educated and loved Canaan started by two Canadians from Toronto and their work has been so committed and outstanding. God’s work🙏🏻.
Our hearts swelled. We worked and played with the children and also headed out to the homesteads and the community to serve.
The Swazi people are kind and loving,grateful and fun. And musical! Right up our Irish alley 🇮🇪 who knew. I encourage anyone to check out for Africa. Big thank you to

Finished the trip off with a game drive at Sabi Sand , Kruger National Park, SA. Big shout out to , a family run, boutique exquisite and personal experience.
We loved what we saw of Africa and notwithstanding the long journey, will be back.

The British Columbia Housing market is directly affected by Canadian interest rates. After the surprise depend during COVID-19, with low rates, the market was brisk.

Now with inflation reaching 30 year highs, the Bank of Canada has risen rates in attempts to mitigate costs. The housing market will be quite different than it was in the last two years. Inventory is still low and it is not anticipated that a balanced market will not be for some time. Markets remain tight but is a fine balance between prices and product. It is anticipated prices will fluctuate but ultimately flatten out in 2023 according to the British Columbfia Real Estate Association housing forecast
