According to the latest update from the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA), market activity is gaining momentum as we approach the close of 2025.
📊 In October, 6,374 MLS® residential sales were recorded across BC — down 10.2% from last year — but the average home price edged up 0.8% year-over-year to $978,658.
