Farrell Custom Woodwork has a position opening for an experienced Cabinetmaker/Installer. We are a small shop based in East Van that specializes in architectural millwork and custom furniture. Our ideal candidate would have adequate knowledge in the shop using machinery such as panel saw, planer, sander, and jointer. They will be expected to be able to work with materials such as solid wood and sheet goods. Must be able to interpret shop drawings to complete projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry

· Must be able to work independently and manage projects

· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

· Red seal certificate preferred (but not required)

· Detail oriented

· Strong work ethic

· Team player

Wages will be based on experience.

Benefits after 3 month probation period .

Use of company vehicle for the right candidate.
