Once the crane goes up, only a few more things need to be done and then we will be able to see The Grand start going up! Allure Ventures is pleased to announce construction has officially commenced for The Grand on King George. Much thanks to Freedom Capital, our broker, and KingSett Capital, our lender, for supporting us on this exciting project to see the rise of Surrey’s most iconic building. The 46 storey tower with 5 storey glass encased commercial podium will be a stand out building in the area. Our construction schedule is for an expedited 4 years with completion expected in 2025.
