Getting areas ready for trees. We have dug all the holes, filled with very good soil, and are now installing the drip irrigation system. We get the trees about June 13th. It will not only identify each lot but add a lot of beauty to the area. A great assortment of trees that should show lots of colour in the fall.

The city is planning on doing another stretch of pathways- possibly this summer. This map was sent to me by the city. This is great news for our lots as it’s now one step closer to having the area made into a park. This would allow all of our lots to overlook the park! We have ordered 100 trees for spring planting. These will be planted down property lines to define lots and beautify the area. It will also help wind control😁

We are offering owner financing on the purchase of a lot-if you desire. We would require 5% down with 3% locked in interest amortized over 15 years. We would split costs to place the mortgage. The 2021 taxes are about $650 per lot. A great time to purchase a lot!

On Dec 31 our $5,000, per lot, tree allowance gets removed. However, it should be noted that we ordered about 120 trees for spring that we will plant, and put in a watering system to assure their growth. These trees will be along property line to define each lot. They should not get in the way for any future lot development.
