The coffee has been on full grind lately! Going down the rabbit hole of AI has been interesting….some love it + some dislike it. I think it serves a purpose but with me - there is a fine line between purpose + fakeness. With technology rapidly evolving, I am content knowing I will balance this out to best serve my real estate clientele, to avoid misrepresentation on my listed properties.

✨️ When one door closes, another opens! This wonderful acreage saw an initial accepted offer that ended up falling through. Within a few days of coming back on market, I brought in another accepted offer for my seller. With a home inspection + quick appraisal, I had this property sold in 10 days for my gracious selling + buying clients 🙂
