As most of you know we have sold Chandler’s Court so we can retire.

We will have units in North Sydney and Park Road however these will not be ready until spring 2023 and fall 2023. Applications being sent out to those who applied in the fall first. These will be our only rentals

Please note : Tim is no longer building new home construction. We can no longer price plans. After our two rental buildings are built he will fully be retiring.
