To all the mortgage brokers, realtors and banker friends....Heads up!!!
The Appraisal Institute of Canada is holding its Annual Conference in Edmonton this year June 8 to 11.
We all know this is a very busy time of year for real estate transactions. I assume many local appraisers, including myself, will be attending this conference.
WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU - limited appraisers across the board will be available for those three business days. Maybe keep this in mind when writing an offer with a financing condition during that time period.
I realize its only a few days but considering how busy the market has been the past year + lets all be prepared.
