Last year around this time we started offering one-time-service appointments for pet parents who do not have a regular veterinarian. It went well for members of the community and our office.

Our bottle drop off box got a facelift, the new sign looks very sharp we think!

When considering what to do with your “empties”, here are some facts from our 2024 AGM.
The money raised from your returns will go towards operating costs, such as vet bills, medications, foster supplies and animal transportation.
Our expenses in 2024 were $61,000 for vet bills, $6,500 in medications, $7,900 in pet supplies/OTC pharmacy supplies and $8,300 in transporting animals in and out of care. A total of $83,700!
In 2024 we rescued 152 animals, including 11 dogs and 141 cats and kittens.
We are run totally by volunteers, our Directors are a body of 7 members, all with full time jobs.
Our bottle drop off location is 2410 Kenney Street.
