Windfall, Blue Mountain’s newest 148-acre neighbourhood, is a balance of seclusion with proximity, past with future, and rustic with sophistication. An escape from the ordinary. It’s distinctive architecture that is an artful modern and eco-friendly interpretation of the romantic Georgian Bay cabin and chalet design in timeless bungalow, bungaloft and two-storey designs. It’s a community where the landscape is not an afterthought but the focus. Where nature is at its most energizing amidst stands of trees, sensitively restored wetlands, uniquely landscaped gardens, bird habitats and wildlife corridors. It’s a four-season gathering place rich in amenities. With a striking year round post-and-beam, stone and glass community social house simply called The Shed and a world-class Scandinave Spa as a next door neighbour. It’s a nature corridor where the trail-system, parklands and pond make up a full one third of the neighbourhood. A stone and cedar entry welcoming you home. And an opportunity to be one of the first to own in this storied setting that is “True Blue”.
