Buying or selling a home is rarely just about real estate.

It’s excitement.
It’s stress.

A little behind the scenes of my real estate videos 🎥

When I first started doing videos,I used to get SO nervous. I would practice my lines the night before,while making lunches,while cleaning,basically any chance I could get 😅

Now,Josh has me doing way more lines than before and honestly,it takes me longer to memorize them… but something has changed.

I’ve become more confident.

Instead of stressing,I leave the house,and sit in my car for at least an hour repeating my lines over and over again until they feel natural. Then once I’m ready,we film.

It’s funny because what used to feel uncomfortable now feels exciting. Practice,repetition,and just continuing to show up has made all the difference.

A reminder that confidence usually comes AFTER doing the hard thing over and over again 👏

75 HARD — DONE.
I started September 24th (the day after my birthday) and finished on December 7th — 75 days straight of showing up for myself.

My hardest moment? Thanksgiving weekend. It was pitch dark, cold, and raining, and I still had an outdoor workout to finish. I got on my mom’s bike and rode 45 minutes through the rain. That moment showed me what I’m truly capable of.

How I feel now: clearer, stronger, more energized, and honestly proud. I look stronger, but the real win is how much trust I built with myself.

Would I do it again? Yes — and we are, with some winter modifications:
• Staying on our diet (with 2 monthly cheat days)
• Keeping water + reading
• Still doing 2 workouts, but flexible (indoor options + winter movement like snowboarding, XC skiing, snowshoeing, hiking)

Another big decision: I’m committing to one full year alcohol-free. I’ve done stretches before, but this time I want the full clarity, the full challenge, and the full reset.

Proud of this chapter — and excited for what’s next. 🤍✨

Long video alert 🚨
Day 48 of 75 Hard ✨

It’s definitely getting harder getting those outdoor workouts in with the weather shifts — cold, wet, and rainy lately 🌧️🥶 But motivation is still high. I’m seeing results, feeling energized, and honestly just so proud of the consistency.

Food prepping though… my least favorite part 😅 Every Sunday I need that extra push to get it done. Luckily, Keenan and I are doing this together — he doesn’t seem to mind it as much and keeps me motivated when I start slugging along. And even though I grumble my way through it, it feels SO good once it’s done — the week runs so much smoother, and I only hit the grocery store once most weeks 🙌

No alcohol has also been a big part of my goal. Keenan’s been alcohol-free for almost 3 years now 💪 and since then I’ve been making small changes to get there too. I don’t drink much anymore, but those summer weekends camping or cottage nights with friends used to be my weak spot 🍷 Next up — no alcohol for a full year. I’m curious (and excited) to see where life takes me with that.

This challenge isn’t easy — it’s hard, inconvenient, and weekends can be tough — but doing it together as a couple has made all the difference. Seeing our results, hearing friends and family comment on our energy and skin… it’s wild and so motivating 🔥
