Free staging tips, that you can implement in your own house:
It's one of my favorites, that I have been successfully using, since I started listing homes, it opens up the room and creates the illusion of a higher ceiling - hanging drapes as close to the ceiling as possible and widening the curtain rods to soften the space.
The best drapes for the best price have been so far from
(perfect for condos and higher ceilings),
(pre covid selection was better, but I love their fabric and details, perfect for second floor or lower ceiling)
(watch for different length markings, to make sure it is the correct fit)
