Just wrapped up an incredible seminar on multifamily capital raising! Met with various builders, developers, and interested investors for our Bloor St project and upcoming ventures, exchanging valuable ideas and discussing impactful strategies.
Had the opportunity to have a breakfast session with , who has raised over $2 billion and is a major player in the multifamily space. As a real estate investor himself, he has purchased, rehabbed, and renovated dozens of properties and now invests as both a co-GP and GP in multifamily projects. We reviewed our project’s financial model, explored strategies to boost funding for our current and future projects, and touched on potential future collaborations.
