Notice to Barrie residents ⚠️:
A multi-phase residential and commercial development, Mapleview Village, is proposed for the northeast corner of Essa Road and Mapleview Drive West. This project will add housing and retail space to the area. The community should anticipate increased local traffic. The development will also place additional demands on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure 🏗️.
Environmental and stormwater management adjustments, including the realignment of a Bear Creek tributary, are part of the site plan.
