🚨 We’re Hiring: Assistant Property Manager

Guardian Rental Management is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team with day-to-day operations across our residential and commercial rental portfolio. This is a fast-paced role in an office that relies heavily on cutting-edge technology to run day-to-day operations.

If you’re organized, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit. No property management experience? That’s okay. We’re willing to train the right person.

What you’ll do:
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance
• Conduct unit showings for prospective tenants
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
• Track lease documents and compliance paperwork
• Support rent collection follow-ups and invoice checks
• Help with key control and general admin tasks

What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and stay on top of details
• Experience in admin, customer service, or property management is an asset
