✨ Exciting Updates from Our Team! ✨

The last few months have been full of milestones here at Lakewood Appraisal Services.

After many years of dedicated service, Tim has retired from active appraisal work. His expertise, professionalism, and commitment to the community have been the backbone of our business for decades. We’re thrilled that he will continue to guide us in an advisory capacity, ensuring his knowledge and insight remain a part of Lakewood.

Bridget has officially earned her designation as a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) through the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

We’ve also launched our brand new website, making it easier than ever to connect with us and access our services.

Last week, Bridget attended the Appraisal Institute of Canada's Provincial Conference in beautiful Niagara Falls! 🌊🏞️ It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow candidates and appraisers, share insights, and stay engaged with the profession.

Six months ago today, I took a big step and became the new owner of Lakewood Appraisals and I thought this would be a great time to introduce myself!

My name is Bridget Postuma-Bonden, and I’m excited to continue providing honest, reliable appraisals to our community. Taking over a small business has been both an adventure and a learning experience, but I’ve been lucky to have the support of amazing clients and, of course, Tim, the previous owner, who has stayed on to share his knowledge and expertise.

To everyone who has supported Lakewood Appraisals—thank you! I look forward to continuing to serve you and building on the strong reputation this business has had for 65 years in our community.
