Hi everyone! This page has been quiet for awhile so I think it’s time for a re-introduction. I’m Laura 👋

In case you haven’t heard, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined Royal LePage Peifer Realty, Chatham-Kent’s #1 real estate brokerage*. I’ll be working out of their brand new Tilbury office, but I’ll continue to serve my clients just as I have been all over Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex.

It’s always such an honour to be recognized for all of my hard work. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes of a real estate transaction to ensure that things go as smoothly as possible for clients. It really does take a team to get to closing day, but I am so thankful for all of my clients who have put their continued trust in me. Whether it’s the sale of a home, the purchase of a home, investment or making sure things line up for a buy & sell transaction every situation is different. Finding the strategy that works best for each particular client is one of the things I love most about what I do.

Last year was one of those years where there were quite a few extra things going on behind the scenes. Not only am I thankful for achieving a sales award, but I am also proud to have received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2024.

I’m looking forward to 2025, and as always I’m here for anything real estate! 🏡✨
