Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform small household repairs
• Complete minor plumbing, drywall, and painting work
• Show apartments to potential tenants

About the Position:
This is an independent contractor position. As such, there are no fixed hours, benefits, or employee entitlements. The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled in general maintenance, and able to work independently.

Requirements:
• Experience in general maintenance or related trades preferred
• Basic tools and transportation
• Good communication and time management skills
