🏡 Airbnb Turnover Cleaner Needed – Timmins
Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for Airbnb guest turnovers in Timmins.
Property Details:
• Approx. 900 sq ft
• Laundry on-site
• Full guest turnover clean (not a basic residential clean)
Schedule:
• 1–4 turnovers per week (varies by bookings)
• Must be available between 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Some same-day turnovers possible
Pay:
• Flat rate per turnover (please include your rate when applying)
Responsibilities:
• Deep clean kitchen & bathroom
• Vacuuming & mopping all floors
• Dusting all surfaces
• Strip beds & wash/dry linens and towels (on-site)
• Make beds hotel-style
• Restock toiletries & essentials
• Take garbage/recycling out
• Report any damage or missing items
• Ensure property is staged for 5-star guest experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Requirements:
• Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals preferred
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work independently
• Good communication & quick response time

Looking for someone to come do some light cleaning and laundry an Air BNB part time.

- Cleaning is usually 2hours max.
- 3-5 times a week depending on bookings.
- Between the hours of 10am - 3pm.
- Preferred for someone retired or with a very flexible schedule as cleanings are based on bookings.
- Cleaning products and equipment provided.
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Pay is to be negotiated based on experience.
