A little about me & My journey into Real Estate 🏡

For those who don’t know me yet, I’m Crystal Allaire, a wife, a mom, and someone who is incredibly proud of my Indigenous roots. I’m also very excited to officially introduce myself as a REALTOR® with REVEL Realty Inc., Brokerage. 🧡

Originally from the small community of Matachewan and raised right here in Timmins, the North has always been home. It’s shaped who I am, and the way I connect with the people around me.

My path to real estate wasn’t exactly planned. I spent years at our local Outdoor Powersports store, J&B Cycle & Marine, where I realized pretty quickly that my favourite part of the job was the people. I loved getting to know my customers, hearing their stories and helping them find what worked for them. More than anything, it was the conversations, familiar faces, and genuine relationships I built along the way that made the experience so rewarding.

I eventually branched into healthcare, beginning at one of our local long-term care homes before going on to join the Nursing Program at Northern College. I valued so much about that experience, especially the connections I made, but eventually realized it wasn’t where I saw myself long term.

Then I became a mom, and my priorities changed in the best way.

Spending several years at home raising my family gave me the opportunity to really think about what I wanted my future career to look like. I knew I wanted something that would challenge me, allow me to continue building meaningful relationships with people, and give me the opportunity to create a career I could truly be passionate about.

I kept coming back to real estate.

I knew the kind of REALTOR® I wanted to be. Someone you can actually talk to. Someone you feel comfortable asking questions, even the ones you think are silly. Someone who will be honest with you, look out for your best interests and make the whole process feel a little less overwhelming. I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner, not only throughout the process, but even after the keys are handed over.

On my down time, you can usually find me spending time with my family, camping, fishing, hunting, enjoying the outdoors, or sitting on a patio with a cold drink and good company. 🎣🏕️🥂
