We have seven chakras, with the root chakra and the crown chakra being the most essential ones. The functioning of each chakra has a significant impact on our lives. If you feel stuck, your work isn’t progressing, you can’t sleep or eat well, or you can’t clearly think about your emotions and what you truly want, it is likely because there is a blockage in one of your chakras. In such cases, you need to practice meditation and work on that specific chakra.

For example, the root chakra is related to our sense of safety and security, whether financially, emotionally, or physically. It connects to our roots, such as the family we were born into, the upbringing we received, and the messages we were told as children. If we were constantly told “Don’t go there,” “Don’t do that,” or “Money is hard to earn,” this can cause blockages in our root chakra.

When this chakra is blocked, we might feel insecure or fearful. To overcome this, we need to work on releasing those fears and develop a belief that nothing bad will happen to us, that we are always safe and secure. We must believe that we can be successful, attract money effortlessly, and trust that a higher power—whether you call it God or something else you believe in—is always watching over and protecting us.
