Hi Ilir,
Here is the email you asked me to send when we chatted yesterday.
There are 2 videos attached. They must be played with sound. They show that the hallway air is on a timer. It only goes on in the evening for a few hours.
The building is very unbalanced. The elevator doors need to be pushed shut at times to help them close. Having the air on 24/7 will help with suite odours as well as the freezing temps in the elevator lobby.
The big heater in the ceiling above the door to parking also seems to not be working.
I most likely have a key for the stat cover if you can’t find one.
I also think a video should be made about how to seal balcony doors by pulling the handle up when shut to make the units somewhat air tight.
Many people don’t speak English in this building thus the video with a written explanation.
Also since the garbage chute separator is always always broken, why not remove it and just compact all the garbage. It all ends up in the same truck in one pile anyway to get sorted later. It would save labour moving the bins as well.
I’ll leave it at this for now.
