Tenant screening isn’t just about checking boxes — it’s about protecting your investment. 🏡🔍

Always take the time to carefully review every document when screening a potential tenant to verify authenticity and spot red flags.

In this post, I’ll show you how I was able to identify that an Equifax credit report had been altered. 👀

One word I’d use to describe the 2025 real estate market is uncertainty. This was driven by a few factors:

1) Canada being in a federal election year,
2) the inauguration of President Trump, which reignited tariff discussions, and
3) interest rates changing.

⬇️ Sales declined by 11.2% year-over-year
⬇️ The average selling price decreased by 4.7% compared to 2024

Despite these headwinds, my clients continued to trust me to guide them through their buying and selling decisions. (This video highlights just a handful of the amazing clients and deals I worked on in 2025.)

As a result, I’m proud to be awarded and recognized as the #1 Top Producing Realtor at RE/MAX Community for 2025.

I’m incredibly grateful to all of my clients for placing their confidence in me — especially during uncertain times.
