Homes are sitting on the market longer and the offer process looks a lot different these days. The numbers are in for May!📊📊

Similar to April, inventory has gone up since last year and same with the average home price. We are continuing to see a correction in the market in that prices are not continuing to rise like they were between November to February. With the interest rate increase on June 01 as well as buyer fatigue, we will be continuing to monitor the market to see how that will impact the summer sales.
