Reina began with a simple yet ambitious idea: to bring together women leaders from across the development industry to envision a new approach to condominium living.

The result was not a building designed exclusively for women, but one thoughtfully shaped around the realities of everyday life. From flexible layouts to shared spaces that support families, caregivers, and multi-generational households, Reina was designed to meet the needs of a broader range of residents.

As highlighted by Yahoo News, Reina demonstrates how diverse perspectives can inspire more inclusive housing solutions, creating stronger, more connected communities for everyone. If you haven’t been by the project lately to see the progress, we have you covered. Precast panels and windows are largely in and the building is looking great!

We can’t wait to welcome our buyers home early next year.

Reina is uniquely situated, surrounded by lush trees and a well-established community in Etobicoke, with incredible eastern views of the (not too distant) Toronto skyline. Best of both worlds… wouldn’t you say?
