Human minds are programmed to follow particular studies, skills, and educational cultures, which is why we often hear learners around the world say, "My field." However, even if that field lacks experience and creativity for growth.
This "My Field" changes when a person tries hard to maintain their income level but fails. Then, this "My Field" switches to a new career or field with a new designation for social media and a new certificate or degree for the resume.
Have we ever thought about why this is happening to many people nowadays? Why does it keep repeating, leading individuals to get lost in a loop?
Is it due to a lack of practical knowledge? Or is it because employers do not provide the first chance to grow? Or is it a matter of not having the skills to face objections when assigned a task on the job or when dealing with negativity from society and competitors in business?
Were we ever taught from childhood to face classmates in debates, give speeches in front of the entire school without hesitating about others' comments or reactions?
Probably not.
There are many other challenges that learners and even mature individuals face nowadays. They often blame their luck or others, but in reality, luck and other people have nothing to do with it. Luck works when we improve ourselves, are ready to learn new things, and take action.
The same applies to other people because their perception changes based on individual success levels.
Never limit yourself with one choice.
If mother nature provided us unlimited options to choose from then why we have to stick to only one?
