We’ve been excited all year about Menkes’ upcoming development in Vaughan, Mobilio.

The condos were released earlier this year and the response by the public was amazing.

Just this past weekend they released the next step in the the Mobilio community, Villa Townhomes Collection!

These incredible 3 level townhomes will line the scenic Mobilio community’s streets and they are now available for you to reserve your block 😁.

Wanted to see first hand the construction site for The Well, and also where is going to be. ⠀⠀

The area is just so nice though, walked from the park at Portland to the park on the other side of Wellington across Spadina. It was sunny and so lively, just a great place and I can only imagine how much better it will be once the Well is done and thriving.⠀⠀

Have you heard of Rail Deck Park? The 9 acre Green space that is proposed to sit atop the tracks west of Union? How unreal will this be when it's finished, and with The Well being developed right across the street? 🤤

Possibly the most incredible condo project Toronto has ever seen is expected to be ready in 2023.

We just attended a private event at the sales office near King & Portland and wowww. 😦 It's unreal.
