I am profoundly grateful to my extraordinary family, friends, communities, and clients who have walked beside me through another year of deep healing. Your support, patience, and belief in me have given me the strength to move forward, to listen inward, to release what no longer serves my body, heart, or spirit, one breath at a time. Letting go of tensions that were never meant to be part of me, and learning the power of presence, meeting each moment as it is, breathing through uncertainty, and finding grace in stillness as much as in movement has allowed me to grow both bolder and softer this year.
