The GTA market continues to find its balance as we head into the fall real estate market.

📉 Sales are down 0.9%
📈 New listings down 17.8%
💰 Average sale price $1,003,956 down 4.5%
⏳ Average of 45 days to sell up 12.5%

While sales are slightly lower, the bigger story is the drop in new listings. With fewer homes coming to market, buyers may see less choice and less room to negotiate on well priced properties.

Many buyers are still watching the economy and borrowing costs before making a move, but improving confidence could bring more activity in the months ahead.

As always, understanding the numbers is key when making your next move.
