As 2025 comes to a close, I’m feeling all kinds of grateful to my clients who have put their trust in me to help them navigate through some major life decisions and firsts this year.

Having had a handful of other careers prior to real estate, it’s such a rewarding feeling when someone I previously worked alongside recognizes something in me that makes them want to work with me as an agent. Congrats to my client on securing this cutie detached backsplit in Barrie (for over $20K under asking)! It’s truly the perfect little home and I couldn’t be happier with how the whole deal came together.

When the home inspection revealed a few issues, the sellers were quick to proactively find a solution, instantly putting my client’s mind at ease.
