64-Storey Tower Proposed at Yonge and Hayden

A proposed redevelopment from Concord Adex for 699 Yonge Street seeks permission for a tall mixed-use, mostly residential building in place of the existing low-rise structures.

The proposed tower would include:

✔️ 64 storeys
✔️ 514 residential units
✔️ 6 levels of underground garage with 64 parking spaces
✔️ 517 bicycle parking spots

The design would retain the 3-storey buildings of 699-705 Yonge Street, designated as heritage sites with some structures dating as far back as the 1860s.

The site is currently occupied by the Brass Rail, an Asian grocery store, H Mart and Pizzaiolo.

This area will look SO different in a few years after all the new developments are constructed!
