Next project.

Duplex conversion in a great neighborhood in Peterborough.

She needs a lot of love inside and will require almost a full gut. Demo gets underway this week.

We'll end up with two 2 bedroom units, backyard and decks for both units, lots of parking and nice finishes for another great long term buy and hold.

WAM in person meetup! Great to be face to face and meetup in person with these high achievers. We left the WAM structure at home and just hung out. (Of course real estate still took up 90% of the conversation 😁)

The power of tiny gains.
Small changes overtime lead to bigger results.

This is something I always need to remind myself of ... If I can just get better by 1%, the small incremental victories will compound overtime and result in big improvements and success.

Fixed vs. Growth mindset.

Where do you land? Can you change it? What's holding you back?

I never really new I was in a fixed mindset. I took the easy road. I didn't want to fail, so I didn't try. Easiest way to not fail, is to not even start.

One simple thing to do, is to just be conscious of why you're making certain choices and decisions. When you do have success, ask yourself, what do I have to do to maintain and continue the growth? This chart will help you out!

Happy Family Day! (Late I know, but when you have two kids at home you're late for almost everything)

Some random pics from my camera roll over the past few months. Lots of great memories! Some tears, some kisses, late nights, early mornings, some arguments, song hugs and cuddles and lots and lots of laughs.
