It's time to take action everyone! We are noticing that especially in Tilbury (small town) that SOME real estate agents are playing games with consumers....they are doing 2 things: either posting a low price on a house and inciting BIDDING WARS by holding all offers until a set date, or OVERPRICING homes to try and drive up prices.

All this does is drive up the price of living, make it unaffordable for people to own a home that have good paying jobs, make rent unaffordable for people, increase the number of people below the poverty line and WASTE EVERYONE'S TIME.

SO LETS STOP THEM MANIPULATING BUYERS/SELLERS BY THESE TACTICS.
