Definitely, a stark contrast working in commercial vs residential, but all the more enjoyable. As soon as the spring market hit, it opened the doors for several buyers who were very interested in this build.

A real look at Canada vs U.S.A HPI and Income. In the first graph it looks like Canada can’t keep up with disposable income to the housing market (which is true). However, 50% of all Canadians live below the line shown in picture 2.

If you account for the GTA driving up the graph in picture 1 it makes sense to instead compare picture 1 (which is mostly GTA) to picture 3 which pinpoints particular cities in the US which show a clearer picture of city to city.

You’ll notice the graphs for LA, Boston and New York show a similar story to Canadian real estate.
