Is your Toronto night count accurate? Don’t take Airbnb’s word for it.

We found a reporting error where Airbnb’s “Regulations” tab showed more nights than were actually booked. While a one-night difference seems small, it represents a larger issue: The City of Toronto enforces the cap based on platform data, not your actual calendar.

If you aren’t auditing your own records, you’re leaving your revenue up to an algorithm that Airbnb admits isn’t perfect.
