Is your Toronto night count accurate? Don’t take Airbnb’s word for it.
We found a reporting error where Airbnb’s “Regulations” tab showed more nights than were actually booked. While a one-night difference seems small, it represents a larger issue: The City of Toronto enforces the cap based on platform data, not your actual calendar.
