🗣️ I didn’t take the typical path to real estate. 🏡

From Toronto ➜ Seoul 🇰🇷 ➜ back home ➜ late nights studying 📚 and juggling side jobs. 🍹💼

Every step taught me about resilience, risk, and chasing what truly matters. ♥️

I’ve worked behind bars, behind desks, and behind marketing campaigns…but nothing has been more fulfilling than helping people find home 🏠 🏙️ in a city I love more than anywhere else.

⭐️ PHO NGOC YEN 2 – Etobicoke ⭐️

🍲 Easily one of the best pho spots in Toronto! 🥢

We both had the rare beef classic house special pho - very flavourful and hit the spot. 👌🏼

The fresh shrimp rolls 🦐 were good and paired perfectly with the fish oil + peanut sauce. 🥜

We also tried the fried chicken and shrimp rolls - so crispy, hot, and absolutely delicious! 😋

The place was packed (always a good sign!) and the vibe was awesome. 🙌🏼

Loved the Toronto pride 🇨🇦 with Blue Jays ⚾️, Leafs 🏒, and Raptors 🏀 logos on one of the walls with art. A cool touch! 🎨

A little on the pricey side 💸 but totally worth it. We’ll definitely be back! 🙏🏼

BUT, if you see one you like, don’t think for a second that you’re the only one. 👀

🐦 Blue Jays fans, the playoff hype starts NOW…if it hasn’t already! ⚾

🧢 Had an awesome time at the Toronto Blue Jays intersquad game today!

The Blue Birds were facing off in an exhibition to stay sharp before the ALDS kicks off this Saturday. 👏🏼

A really cool experience and only $10 tickets! 💸 Perfect chance for fans to see their heroes up close before the real work begins.

😎 Even cooler: all ticket sales went to the Jays Care Foundation.

They had the speakers blasting fake fan noise and it was LOUD 🔊…such a unique atmosphere.

Toronto is ready for the playoffs! This place, this city, and this country 🇨🇦 are going to be ROCKING this weekend.

LET’S GO BLUE JAYS!! 🔥💙
