Here's a story I love telling.

Buyer beware! So many homeowners are under long term sales contracts for things such as furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and they aren’t aware of it. Even worse, to buyout the contract is astronomical. Never sign anything without fully understanding what you’re signing. Unfortunately, older adults are usually the target 🎯
